I don't have a boat either in fresh or saltwater i just fish the beaches, docks, bridges, jetties, etc. For inshore fishing i like soft plastics like Ron-Z's they work well. A few other good suggestions would be topwaters, rattle baits, crank baits, and stick baits should work just fine. The only thing i would avoid for inshore fishing is like deep divers, and trolling stuff because if you don't have a boat how are you going to troll and many of the inshore waters aren't like 100 ft so you won't need anything too deep. Hope this helps:)

Awesome looking boat. The in-floor rod storage seems a little over the top though...

Not saying? I wouldn't like it!

Why in the world would you want to go catch bait fish when there is the Med Sea out there with real fish in it.
Snag on to something as heavy as you are and you will sell your bass boat.

yes
you can take a ship from "Hertzelia" to the sea and fish (see attached link"

also there are special "freshwater fish farms" you can fish in

and you can always go fish in the "Sea of Galilee " (AKA Lake Kinneret)

Those Daiwa Graphite rods are very good. That one is designed as a pier and rock fishing rod and for large boats, eg on registered fishing trips. It's too long for small boats.
It can be used for heavy freshwater fishing eg getting 40lb catfish out of Spanish rivers or 40lb carp from a lake which can be done on 30lb line without too much finesse but it doesn't have much sensitivity or long casting ability for other than heavy end tackle so it shouldn't be advertised specifically as a freshwater rod.
It's a hook 'em and pull 'em in rod for robust sea fishing and for that it's very good.

..there are lots of (potentially) 30 pound freshwater fish...salmon,lake trout, sturgeon, catfish, musky ..I could go on...

The length and action suggest the rod was made for surf fishing-hence a saltwater rod indeed.

Can be used for either.

Being a 10 footer, it can be used off piers, jetties, in the surf, or even in a boat in saltwater. For freshwater, it could be used for catfish.
