Lake Huron fishing report?
Posted on Nov 20, 2009 under Fishing Reports | 2 CommentsI’m heading up to Lexington in a few weeks and would like to know about the fishing during the winter season for steelhead, lake trout and salmon, id like an overall fishing report from everything from average depth of fish on the lake, to lures, to what they are fishing (drop offs, flats etc etc)
also any river info would be good as well , i have little experiance with large lake fishing and salmon fishing in general as i am from the south so everythng u have to offer would be great thanks!!
will be on a boat or the Lexington pier , i am going to fish there after the 2nd freeze
Google Lexington Fishing Tackle and call a couple of the shops that come up. They will be able to give you better general information than anyone here. After you have the basics, come ask for more details on what you want to know!

You’re asking a bunch of questions. To get the answers you’re looking for I would think the Game and Parks will be able to help. And don’t forget the local bait shops. Depending on when you’re going will have a great effect on what the fish are doing. Good luck
