My husband regularly goes on fishing trips and leaves me home with the kids.?
Posted on Oct 16, 2011 under Fishing Trips | 4 CommentsI think he does this because it’s easier that bringing me and the kids, but whenever I want to go somewhere without him he doesn’t want to be “left out” or he complains my day tips are too expensive. I’d like him to see the unfairness but whenever I try to bring it up he just gets mad. What do you think?

Oh, and when you take your trips, be sure to leave the children with him.

I wouldn’t say anything other than “I am aloud me time also”. No fight needed, and yes I would leave the children with him as well. Eventually he will want to talk about it or he will start inviting you and the kids along. It is ok for each of you to have me time but there comes a time when it needs to be family time.

Train yourself and the kids to be self sufficient anglers and join him w/o being a burden
