I know theres is certain colors and metallics for cloudy and sunny days, but is there a particular lure that is good, like poppers, spinners, or spinner baits. What are good fishing lures for cloudy days?

top waters or floating worms are the best becuase on cloudy days fish are usualy shallower and closer to the surface because its harder to see the food swiming around them when the sky is gray or white than when it blue

I would use something that floats and is painted a bright color like firetiger

I like to use floating or topwater lures in the shallow waters. Also I like to use a texas rigged worm in the red shad color. Hope this helps.
