What is a good saltwater fishing rod/reel combo under $40.00 that has 15-25lbs line test?

I’m fishing off piers in April at myrtle beach,SC. Its my first time saltwater fishing. I need a good rod/reel combo that’s under $40 and has 15-25lbs line test. Also i don’t want it to be over 8′. If you can, can you provide a link. Thanks

good luck. that might cover good quality line. why don’t you go looking for garage sales or flea markets tomorrow. they are great places to find good gear, cheap.

   for under forty bucks you cant even get a good saltwater rod.

   try this rod. it is the cheapest good rod you can get
