What is the Best Live Bait to use when fishing for Walleye?
Posted on Aug 21, 2009 under Walleye Fishing | 7 CommentsI live in wisconsin.
Early in the year, minnows are best. Late spring/early summer: leeches. Summer into fall: leeches/nightcrawlers/minnows. Fall: big minnows

live golden shiners or even baby creek chubs will work well for you. I’ve heard that even leeches do well with walleye.

I prefer leeches over all and minnows a close second.
